Clinoptilolite has a broad affinity for most of the heavy metals that tend to be  a health issue for our society, and Clinoptilolite has an affinity for a lot of the other toxins that tend to cause issues in human physiology. It  helps increase and improve excretion of those contaminants from the body.

 

Now the fact is that there are other Zeolites that carry gras (generally recognised as safe) from the FDA and employing those Zeolites as well we able to  have:

1.a broader array of elements that we have a range of affinity for.

2.  the specific affinity for each of those elements is increased. i.e.

 

- Clinoptilolite has a remarkable affinity for lead and a pretty strong affinity for Mercury and a relatively good affinity for Caesium, but if you look at something like

- Chabazite, it has the strongest affinity for Mercury and not such a strong affinity for lead and

- Heulandite has its own grades of affinity, even though  Heulandite is a cousin to Clinoptilolite, Heulandite has a greater affinity for Cadmium and Arsenic.

for Clinoptilolite,  Aluminium  is 5 on a scale of 1 to 10 with 1 being the highest affinity but in Heulandite it is more because Heulandite actually has less Aluminium  in it in its cage structure and its electronic structure is different. It has a 2-3 and same for Chabazite, Chabazite has a 2-3. So overall you have a 5 and a couple of components that are a 2-3 so you are looking at a 2-4 for the product.
